Terms of Service
FlexxTip is a simple NFC + QR tipping tool that lets customers send payments directly to you through Stripe and, if you choose, convert a portion of your tips to Bitcoin using your own crypto provider.
- You are responsible for the Stripe account and payout details you provide.
- FlexxTip does not hold or store customer funds – all payments are processed by Stripe (cash) and your own crypto provider (for example, Coinbase) under their own terms.
- FlexxTip takes a 5% maintenance and service fee on each cash tip to keep the platform running smoothly. Any Stripe, bank, or wallet fees are separate.
- You agree not to use FlexxTip for illegal activity, money laundering, or restricted products/services.

How do tips work for businesses and employees?
When a business signs up, all tips are deposited directly into the business’s Stripe account. The business handles tip distribution according to its own payroll and labor policies. FlexxTip does not store, split, or distribute employee funds — we simply provide the tipping technology.
Businesses also receive a 2% partner incentive to help manage their program and payout operations.
Privacy Policy
We keep FlexxTip as light as possible. We only collect the minimum data needed to run the service and ship your sticker.
- Data we may collect: your name, email, shipping details, and basic usage info (for example, when your link is created or updated).
- Payments: all card and bank data is handled by Stripe. FlexxTip never sees or stores full card numbers or banking logins.
- Analytics: we may use simple analytics to understand traffic and improve the product.
- Your choices: you can contact us to update or delete your basic account info, subject to what must be kept for tax or compliance reasons.
By using FlexxTip you agree that your data may be processed by Stripe and any other providers you connect (such as a crypto exchange) under their own terms and privacy policies.
Refund Policy
Because each NFC + QR sticker is programmed specifically for your account, we keep our refund policy simple and fair:
- Before production/shipping: if your sticker has not been programmed or shipped, we can usually cancel and refund your order.
- After shipping: once a sticker has been programmed and shipped, it is normally non-refundable.
- Damaged or defective items: if your sticker arrives damaged or does not scan properly, contact us and we’ll work with you to repair or replace it.
Refunds are always reviewed case-by-case. Shipping costs and third-party fees may be non-refundable.
